Sir,i have a comment. In last question,Lehininger has clearly stated that carbondioxide fixation and calvin cycle are spatially seperated. So, i think first option might be correct.

Dear Kumar :

Use of capture removes confusion which can be created by fixation, because it is done twice. The first fixation is not really fixation. It captures CO2 from mesophhyll cells and brings it to the Calvin cycle in bundle - sheath. Therefore, I conclude that (b) is more accurate.
